Strawberry ice cream: fresh and very quick to prepare!

You only need 3 ingredients to make great ice cream at home! 

INGREDIENTS
500g (3.5 cups) strawberries
200g (0.65 cup) condensed milk
200ml (0.8 cup) whipped cream

METHOD
  1. Whip the whipped cream, add the condensed milk and whisk everything together. Add chopped strawberries, mix with a spatula.
  2. Pour the ice cream into a plastic container and add more chopped strawberries to the surface.
  3. Put in the freezer for 5h.
