How to make amazing sweet fritters with a potato masher!

Pour the potato masher in the batter and fry! The result is just amazing!

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
5 tbsp sugar
10g vanilla sugar
245ml/1 cup milk
125g/1 cup flour (all purpose)
3 tbsp starch
Oil
Honey
 
METHOD
  1. Mix the egg with sugar, vanilla sugar. Add milk, flour, starch and mix well.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry pancakes with a masher.
