Sweet fritters: how to make them with a spoon!

Pour the batter on the back of the spoon! The sweet idea you will love!

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 Yolk
• 100g / 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 2 cups flour
• salt
• vegetable oil
 
PREPARATION:
  1.  Mix the yolk with sugar. 
  2. Add milk and stir.  Add flour, salt and baking powder.  Mix. 
  3. Transfer the dough to a pastry bag. 
  4. Squeeze the dough onto a spoon with a pattern and dip in hot oil.
