INGREDIENTS
2 cup (260g) flour
2 eggs
2 cups (500ml) milk
pinch of salt
1/2 cup (100g) sugar
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
 
METHOD
  1. Mix milk, flour, eggs, salt together.
  2. Make a pattern on a spoon and fry it in hot oil until golden brown.
  3. Dip in a mixture with sugar and cinnamon.
