Sweet fritters: easy to make and with an incredible result!

This is the perfect recipe to surprise everyone!
INGREDIENTS

500g (3 1/3 cups) of flour
250ml (1 cup) of warm milk
7g of dry yeast
25g (2 tbsp) of sugar
6g (1 tsp) of salt
1 egg
40g of butter
4g (1 tsp) of baking powder
Oil for frying

METHOD
- In a bowl add the milk, yeast, sugar, salt, egg, butter, baking powder, flour and combine all together to create a dough. Let it rest for 1 hour.
- Knead the dough and divide it into 8 equal parts and roll each one into a ball.
- Roll out the tiny as you can and create the fritter's shape.
- Add the fritters to the baking sheet and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Add the fritters into the hot oil and fry until is golden brown on both sides. Dip into the sugar on both sides before serving.
