Sweet fritters: easy to make and with an incredible result!

This is the perfect recipe to surprise everyone!

INGREDIENTS
500g (3 1/3 cups) of flour
250ml (1 cup) of warm milk
7g of dry yeast
25g (2 tbsp) of sugar
6g (1 tsp) of salt
1 egg
40g of butter
4g (1 tsp) of baking powder
Oil for frying
Sugar

METHOD
  1. In a bowl add the milk, yeast, sugar, salt, egg, butter, baking powder, flour and combine all together to create a dough. Let it rest for 1 hour.
  2. Knead the dough and divide it into 8 equal parts and roll each one into a ball.
  3. Roll out the tiny as you can and create the fritter's shape.
  4. Add the fritters to the baking sheet and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  5. Add the fritters into the hot oil and fry until is golden brown on both sides. Dip into the sugar on both sides before serving.
