• 50g sugar
• 125ml milk
• 60ml white wine
• 1/2 tbsp clear schnapps
• 35g butter
• 500g flour
• 5g yeast
 
• 1l sunflower oil
• icing sugar
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough and knead. Divide
  2. the dough into small portions. Form balls. Let rise. Stretch fritters on the hemisphere.
  3. Deep-fry.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
