Flower fritters: a easy and crunchy recipe!

These fritters are so easy to make, try them now!
 
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
100g (3/5 cup) sugar
200ml (4/5 cup) milk
10g (2 tsp) baking powder
250g (2 cups) flour

METHOD
  1. Pour milk, egg and sugar into the mixing bowl. Stir well. Add flour and baking powder. Mix well.
  2. Pour the mixture into the decorating bag.
  3. Make a flower from the mixture and fry in oil.
  4. Decorate with powdered sugar. Serve.
