Zucchini fritters: a crunchy and tasty recipes!

Crunchy and so easy to make, here's a delicious recipe to turn simple zucchini into an incredible appetizer! 

INGREDIENTS
1 zucchini
2 eggs
50g cooked ham
125g (1 cup) gluten-free flour
50ml (1/5 cup) milk
45g (3 tbsp) parmesan
10g (2 tsp) baking powder
4g (1 tsp) salt
4g (1 tsp) pepper
 
METHOD
  1. Grate the zucchini.
  2. Add flour, parmesan, milk, eggs, ham, milk, baking powder, salt, pepper and zucchini to the mixing bowl.
  3. Mix. Fry in hot oil. Serve.
