4 ingredients zucchini fritters: crunchy and delicious!

You only need 5 ingredients and 10 minutes to go from everyday veggie to a great and delicious appetizer!
INGREDIENTS
3 zucchini
80g (2/3 cup) flour
2 eggs
4g (1 tsp) salt
Oil for frying

METHOD
  1. Cut the zucchinis into thin strips. Add eggs, salt and flour and mix.
  2. Shape the mixture with spoons and put them in a pan with hot oil.
  3. Serve.
