INGREDIENTS
250ml milk
7g yeast
2 eggs
Salt
600g flour (all purpose)
50g butter
60g sugar

Egg white
Egg yolk
Custard
Sliced ​​apple
Apricot jam
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours.
  2. Divide the dough into portions, brush with protein and form flowers.
  3. Put on a baking sheet. Brush with the yolk. Place custard, apple slices and apricot jam in the middle of each flower.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
