Brioche flowers: sweet and easy to make!

INGREDIENTS
250ml milk
7g yeast
2 eggs
Salt
600g flour (all purpose)
50g butter
60g sugar
Egg white
Egg yolk
Custard
Sliced apple
Apricot jam
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours.
- Divide the dough into portions, brush with protein and form flowers.
- Put on a baking sheet. Brush with the yolk. Place custard, apple slices and apricot jam in the middle of each flower.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
