Sweet roses: an incredible method to make them at home!

An incredible method to try! 
 
INGREDIENTS
400g (2 1/2 cups) flour
pinch of salt
7g baking powder
80ml (1/3 cup) oil
1 yolk
100ml (1/2 cup) water
Powdered sugar
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Add in oil, egg yolk and water. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Make small circles and make strips using a comb from both sides.
  3. Put circles on onto few others and roll them making the roses.
  4. Fry them into the hot oil until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
