Sweet and sour onions at home: how to make them delicious!

INGREDIENTS
Red onions
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of sugar
1/3 of the jar of apple cider vinegar
2/3 of the jar of water

PREPARATION
1. Cut the onions into thin slices.
2. Put them in a jar and fill them up to the brim with 1/3 vinegar and 2/3 water.
3. Add a teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of sugar. Shake the jar well.
4. Boil the water and soak the jar in the pot for 15 minutes.
5. Leave to cool and turn the jar upside down to create the vacuum effect.

Your delicious sweet and sour onions are ready. Once the jar is opened, you can keep them in the fridge for about 1 week.
They will be a tasty addition to salad dressing or any dish you prefer!
