Bottle churros: a sweet treat ready in no-time with an incredible method!

It couldn't be easier to make churros with this method! 

INGREDIENTS
2 cups of water
2 tsp salt
2 cups flour
oil for baking
sugar
Chocolate sauce
Bottle with soft plastic, cap
 
METHOD
  1. Pour water and salt into the pot and let the water boil. Then add the flour and mix it quickly until the water is fully cooked. Transfer the dough to a work surface and knead it with your hands. The dough needs to be sticky and smooth.
  2. Make a churros mold from a plastic bottle and cap. Draw a star on the plug, then very carefully cut along the curves of the lines so that they are twice as thick as they are drawn. Lubricate the bottle with oil, pour in the dough and make churros.
  3. Heat the baking oil, it needs to be very well heated. Then bake the churros. After baking, roll each churro into white sugar. Serve churros with chocolate sauce. I prepared the sauce with Nutella cream, milk and Oreo powder.
