Churros: how to make them sweet and crunchy!

Here's a genius method to make homemade churros in no time!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
250ml (1 cup) water
150g (1 cup) flour
45g (3 tbsp) melted butter
30g (3 tbsp) sugar
1 egg
METHOD
- Cut the star on the lid from the plastic bottle.
- Cut off the top of the plastic bottle. Put in a decorating bag.
- Pour water, melted butter and sugar into the pan. Stirring.
- When the water heats up, add the flour and mix until a creamy mass forms. Cool. Add egg and mix.
- Pour the mixture into a bag.
- Make churros of 10 cm. Fry in hot oil.
- Sprinkle with sugar and serve.
