Churros: how to make them sweet and crunchy!

Here's a genius method to make homemade churros in no time!

INGREDIENTS
250ml (1 cup) water
150g (1 cup) flour
45g (3 tbsp) melted butter
30g (3 tbsp) sugar
1 egg

METHOD
  1. Cut the star on the lid from the plastic bottle.
  2. Cut off the top of the plastic bottle. Put in a decorating bag.
  3. Pour water, melted butter and sugar into the pan. Stirring.
  4. When the water heats up, add the flour and mix until a creamy mass forms. Cool. Add egg and mix.
  5. Pour the mixture into a bag.
  6. Make churros of 10 cm. Fry in hot oil.
  7. Sprinkle with sugar and serve.
