Apple churros: how to make them at home!

Easy and delicious, just dip this favorite treat in caramel before devouring!

INGREDIENTS

• water 275g

• flour 250g

• butter 50g

• sugar 25g

•1 pinch salt

• 2 apples

• 1 lemon

• Vanilla sugar

• Sugar (for coating)

• cinnamon

METHOD

Add water, sugar, salt, butter into the pan and bring to a boil.
Then add flour and quickly mix with a wooden spoon to make everything mix well, and transfer the dough into a bowl. Let it cool completely.
Crush apples and season with lemon juice and grated peel. Add apples to a cold dough. Put the dough into a pastry bag.
Heat the oil. Squeeze some of the mixtures directly in the pan, about 5 cm. Cook and coat in sugar.
