Sweet balloon bread: how to make them crunchy and delicious!

A fun recipe to try!
INGREDIENTS
150g (1 cup) flour
80m (1/3 cup) water
10ml (2 tsp) vegetable oil
45g (3 tbsp) brown sugar
5g (1 tsp) flour
METHOD
- In a bowl combine flour and water.
- Add oil and knead the dough for 3 minutes.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let sit for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl combine brown sugar with flour and mix well.
- Transfer the dough to the working surface, and divide it into 4 parts.
- Roll each part into an oval shape, put a spoon of sugar mixture in the middle and seal the edges.
- Sprinkle some flour on the working surface and roll slightly with a rolling pin to create an oval shape again.
- Arrange rolled bread on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 230°C/460°F for 10 minutes.
