Fried breaded calamari: how to make them golden and crunchy!

INGREDIENTS
Squids
120g (1 cup) of flour
220g (1 3/4 cups) of cornstarch
300ml (1 1/4 cups) of sparkling water
Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

METHOD
1. Transfer the squids to the cutting board and cut them into slices/rings.
2. In a bowl add the flour, cornstarch, and sparkling water and whisk to obtain a lump mixture.
3. Transfer the squid rings to the mixture and mix them to cover well. Pass them to the breadcrumbs and cover them completely.
4. Transfer the squid rings to the pot with hot oil and fry them until they are golden brown.
5. Serve them all together on a serving plate.
