Sweet fried bread: greedy and crunchy!

INGREDIENTS
12 slices of white bread
200g vanilla cream or vanilla pudding
2 eggs
200ml of milk
Sugar for sprinkling
30g of cinnamon to sprinkle
 
METHOD
  1. Spread vanilla cream on one slice of bread, then fold with another slice of bread.
  2. Roll the bread in a mixture of eggs and milk, then fry in hot oil until you get a fine golden-copper color of the bread.
  3. While the bread is still warm, roll it in sugar on both sides, and then in cinnamon.
