Homemade bread: a fast recipe to make it crunchy!

So crunchy and easy to make, here's the best bread recipe ever!
INGREDIENTS

650g (5 cup) flour
400ml (1 3/5 cup) water
50ml (1/5 cup) oil
10g fresh yeast
4g (1 tsp) sugar
6g (1 ½ tsp) salt
Cristal cooking foil
METHOD
- Stir the yeast in the water, add the oil, sugar and water. Mix. Add one half of the flour one by one and knead the dough well. Rest 60 min.
- Knead the dough and put it rest for another 30 minutes.
- Shape the bread and place it in the baking foil in the oven.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.
- Cut the bread into slices and serve with olive oil and cherry tomatoes.
