Homemade bread: a fast recipe to make it crunchy!

So crunchy and easy to make, here's the best bread recipe ever! 

INGREDIENTS
650g (5 cup) flour
400ml (1 3/5 cup) water
50ml (1/5 cup) oil
10g fresh yeast
4g (1 tsp) sugar
6g (1 ½ tsp) salt

Cristal cooking foil
METHOD
  1. Stir the yeast in the water, add the oil, sugar and water. Mix. Add one half of the flour one by one and knead the dough well. Rest 60 min.
  2. Knead the dough and put it rest for another 30 minutes.
  3. Shape the bread and place it in the baking foil in the oven.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.
  5. Cut the bread into slices and serve with olive oil and cherry tomatoes.
