Balloon bread: crunchy and easy to make!

Balloon bread is thin and crispy and puffs up high as it cooks!
INGREDIENTS

70ml water
5g yeast
salt
140g flour
METHOD
1. Make the dough by combining water, yeast and salt.
2. Gradually add the flour.
3. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
4. Cut into pieces.
5. Roll out each piece into a pita bread-shape.

6. Continue to flatten the disk until it becomes very thin, the cook for 2 minutes.
