Dip a balloon in chocolate: the result is brilliant!

INGREDIENTSdark chocolate, as needed
whipped cream
unsweetened cocoa
balloons
DIRECTIONS
Blow up a small balloon and wash it with water. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and let it cool slightly. Dip the balloon in the chocolate and cover it to the desired height. Prepare a base for the balloons by pouring a couple of spoonfuls of chocolate on parchment paper and placing the balloons on top. Freeze for at least one hour. Fill them with anything you want and serve!
