Melting chocolate dome: this dessert will surprise you!

Ingredients:1 cup melted dark chocolate;
1 brownie;
assorted berries for decoration;
1 scoop vanilla ice cream;
1/3 cup caramel sauce.
Instructions
Cover blown up balloon with melted dark chocolate 2/3 way up. Leave to cool down for 20 minutes or until fully hardens.
Place brownie on a serving plate, add berries and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Pop the balloon to release the chocolate sphere. Cover the brownie with chocolate sphere and pour heated caramel over until it melts.
