Romantic cake: with an unexpected surprise!

This cake, with its hidden surprise, is a soft and delicious dessert, but most of all it’s unique and spectacular. It’s the perfect romantic gift or a great way to surprise your loved ones at breakfast.

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
280g flour
280g sugar
125g yogurt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
vanilla essence
a pinch of salt
1 packet of baking powder

DIRECTIONS
Beat together eggs and a pinch of salt, then add the sugar gradually. Once the eggs and sugar are mixed together well, add the yogurt, flour, and oil. Pour 1/3 of the batter in a separate bowl, add cocoa powder, another teaspoon of vegetable oil, and part of the packet of baking powder. Bake for 15 minutes. When cooled, cut out some hearts from it. In the remaining batter pour the rest of the baking powder, and pour half of the batter in a loaf pan. Insert the chocolate hearts vertically in the center. Cover with the remaining batter and bake at 170/180°C. When you slice it you’ll reveal the surprise:)
