Easy balloon bread recipe

INGREDIENTS
For 4 pieces:
• 190g of all-purpose flour
• 150g of Greek yogurt
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• 4g of salt
PREPARATION
1. Mix Greek yogurt, flour, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.
2. Knead well until you get a smooth dough.
3. Cover it and let it rest for 30 minutes.
4. Divide the dough into 4 parts, form balls, and roll them out with a rolling pin, not too thin.
5. Cover the obtained discs with a cloth and let them rest for at least 30 minutes.
6. Heat a pan and put one disc at a time when it's hot.
7. When it starts to form bubbles on the surface, flip the bread, then flip it often for a few minutes.
8. The bread will puff up like a balloon!
9. You can cut one end and fill it with the ingredients you like the most!
