Olive bread: super crunchy and easy to make

INGREDIENTS
520g (4 1/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
7g of dry yeast
420ml (1 3/4 cups) of water
9g (1/2 tbsp) of salt
15ml (1 tbsp) of olive oil
60g of olives
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the flour, dry yeast, and water and mix with a spatula. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
2. After 15 minutes add the salt and olive oil and mix with a spatula to incorporate. Finally, add the olives and mix to combine. Cover with cling film and let it rise for 90 minutes.
3. After time has elapsed transfer the dough to the floured working surface and knead it for a few minutes to obtain the bread shape.
4. Transfer to the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Bake in oven at 220°C/428°F for 30 minutes.
5. Cut the bread into slices after baking and serve.
