OLIVE FRITTERS: golden brown and crunchy!

INGREDIENTS
55g of green olives
210g (1¾ cups) of all-purpose flour
8g (½ tbsp) of baking powder
A pinch of salt
160ml (¾ cup) of water
Oil for frying
METHOD
1. In a bowl, add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt, then whisk to combine. Add the water and mix with a spoon until you get a smooth batter.
2. Add the pitted green olives to the batter and stir to incorporate.
3. Using an oiled spoon, drop portions of the mixture into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
4. Serve the olive fritters on a plate and enjoy!
