Homemade bread: the step by step recipe to make a soft crumb and a crunchy crust!

A no-fail recipe to make great and delicious bread at home!
INGREDIENTS
30ml (4 tbsp) olive oil
7g dry yeast
1 tsp salt
340ml (1 1/2 cups) water
600g (5 cups) flour
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together warm water with yeast, oil, flour and salt. Let the dough rise for about 2 hours (or until double).
- Divide into three pieces and roll out them, then roll up in the shape of a baguette.
- Transfer to the baking pan and let them rise for 1 hour more.
- Make the cuts and sprinkle with flour.
- Bake at 200 ‘C ( 390’F) for 20 minutes.
