Bread sticks: how to make an easy homemade bread in a few steps!

Quick to make, these divine homemade breadsticks are addictive! 

INGREDIENTS
• 400g / 2.5 cups flour
• 350ml/12.3oz water
• 4g salt
• 3g sugar
• 5g yeast
•olive oil
•cherry tomatoes
• onion
•olives
 
METHOD
  1. Knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours. Put the dough on a greased surface. Fold the dough 3 times.
  2. Lubricate the surface with oil. Sprinkle with salt. Allow 1 hour to rise.
  3. Cut the dough into 4 strips.
  4. Gently place breadsticks on a baking sheet about 40 cm in size, pre-oiled. Garnish each stick with tomatoes, onions and olives.
  5. Pour olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 °.
