The secret to make the perfect homemade bread in a few steps!

Simple no-fail and no mixer required, everyone could make this easy bread!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
Water 500 ml
Sugar 2 tsp
Yeast 1 pack
Rye flour 1 cup
Wheat flour 3,5 cups
Salt
METHOD
- In a bowl add warm water, mix with sugar and yeast.
- Add in flour and mix well, leave for 40 minutes then mix again and leave for 30 minutes more.
- Bake at 220’C ( 425’F) 50 minutes.
