Pumpkin gnocchi: the recipe step by step!

Here's how to make delicious homemade gnocchi!

INGREDIENTS
450g (3.8 cups) pumpkin
250g (1.7 cup) potatoes
150g (1.2 cup) flour
1 egg
1 tsp (3g) nutmeg
6g (1 tsp) Salt
 
Butter sauce:
60g (0.2 cup) butter
Rosemary
 
METHOD
  1. Peel a squash, grate it and put it in the oven to bake. At 200 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
  2. Mash the pumpkin and potatoes, add salt, add a teaspoon of nutmeg, egg, then mix the ingredients and add the flour.
  3. Knead the dough, then roll into smaller pieces and cut into pieces for the gnocchi.
  4. Heat water, salt and put pieces of dough to cook. Cook for 4 minutes.
  5. Melt the butter and add the rosemary.
  6. When serving gnocchi, pour butter over them.
