Pumpkin gnocchi: the recipe step by step!

Here's how to make delicious homemade gnocchi!
INGREDIENTS

450g (3.8 cups) pumpkin
250g (1.7 cup) potatoes
150g (1.2 cup) flour
1 egg
1 tsp (3g) nutmeg
6g (1 tsp) Salt
Butter sauce:
60g (0.2 cup) butter
Rosemary
METHOD
- Peel a squash, grate it and put it in the oven to bake. At 200 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
- Mash the pumpkin and potatoes, add salt, add a teaspoon of nutmeg, egg, then mix the ingredients and add the flour.
- Knead the dough, then roll into smaller pieces and cut into pieces for the gnocchi.
- Heat water, salt and put pieces of dough to cook. Cook for 4 minutes.
- Melt the butter and add the rosemary.
- When serving gnocchi, pour butter over them.
