Crunchy potato roulade: unique, delicious and easy to make!

So crunchy and tasty, it’ll be hard to resist.
INGREDIENTS
2/3 potatoes
olive oil
salt

for the filling:

300g ground beef

250g spinach or baby spinach
DIRECTIONS
1. Slice the potatoes into very thin slices and place them close together on a baking tray. Cover them with oil and bake them at 180°C for 20 minutes. For extra crunch, grate some Parmesan cheese under the potatoes and cover the top of the potatoes with Parmesan as well.
2. Cover the potatoes with the sautéed ground beef and spinach.
3. Carefully roll it up and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
4. Let it cool a bit before serving.
