How to make a delicious roasted turkey roulade with potatoes: perfect for a delicious dinner

INGREDIENTS
200g of bread
Milk
300g of minced meat
Parsley
2 cloves of garlic
Salt
Pepper
1 egg
4 slices of turkey breast
150g of cheese
200g of bacon
Rosemary
5 potatoes
Extra virgin olive oil
230ml (1 cup) of white wine
230ml (1 cup) of water

METHOD
1. In a bowl add the pieces of bread and pour the milk over them.
2. In a bowl with minced meat add the parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and egg and mix with a spatula to combine.
3. Arrange the turkey breast on a cutting board and spread the meat mixture. Add the cheese on top and roll it out.
4. Add the slices of bacon to the roll to cover it completely. Add the rosemary on top and wrap the roll in parchment paper.
5. Transfer the roll to the pan and arrange the potato slices on the sides. Season potatoes with salt and add the rosemary. Add a drizzle of olive oil.
6. Pour the wine and water over and add one more drizzle of olive oil. Transfer to the oven and bake at 190°C/374°F for 50 minutes.
7. Serve the roll with the potatoes after baking, cut it into slices and serve.
