How To Make Hasselback Potatoes

Perfect for a tasty dinner!
INGREDIENTS

3 Potatoes
Bacon
Cheese
Pecorino cheese
Olive oil
METHOD
- Add potatoes to water and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Take the skewer sticks and place them in front and on the back of the potatoes. Cut the potatoes from the top to a thickness of 4-5 millimeters.
- Add the cheese and the bacon to the cavity of the potatoes.
- Sprinkle the potatoes with the pecorino cheese and oil and bake at 356°F/180°C for 20 minutes.
