published on 28 April, 2024 at 15:00
INGREDIENTS
8 potatoes
Rosemary sprig
Salt 1 tsp
1 garlic clove
80 ml (1/3 cup) of olive oil
2 tbsp of butter
Green onions, chopped
Mozzarella, shredded
METHOD
1. Cut the potatoes lengthwise without cutting all the way through. You will have to create many slits and achieve this result.
2. Pour oil, rosemary and garlic into a saucepan. Let it brown for a few minutes.
4. Take a little flavored oil and use it to brush the potatoes well on the baking tray.
5. Finally, sprinkle some salt over them and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes
6. Meanwhile, put the remaining oil back on the heat and add the butter.
7. Once the potatoes are out of the oven, give them a final brush of oil and season with your favorite herbs.
8. If you want an even more delicious result, add some mozzarella, covering the entire surface well, then bake at 180°C for another 5 minutes.
