One pan roasted chicken and potatoes recipe: how to make it perfect!

This is the dinner idea for the whole family!

INGREDIENTS
2kg (14.2 cups) chicken drumsticks
1kg (6.6 cups) potatoes in large pieces
30g (0.5 cup) Fresh rosemary
Juice of one lemon with freshly grated ginger (20g) to taste
50 ml of extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
20g (0.2 cup) fresh ginger
 
METHOD
  1. Cut large slices of potato. Make marinades from lemon juice and grated ginger.
  2. Arrange the drumsticks in a tin previously coated with olive oil, then arrange the potatoes, salt, add rosemary and pour over the marinade and cover with foil. Bake at 180 ° C for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake at 220 ° for 15/20 minutes.
