Pumpkin roulade: a unique and tasty recipe!

The pumpkin really gives it a unique and delicious flavor!INGREDIENTS
300g pumpkin
olive oil
6 eggs
salt
pepper
100g Parmesan cheese
for the filling:
mushrooms
cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Blend the pumpkin. Season with some olive oil and salt.
2. Beat the eggs together with salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Add to the pureed pumpkin
3. Bake the filling at 180°C for 15 minutes.
4. Let it cool, then fill it with cheese, mortadella, and sautéed mushrooms.
5. Roll it up and bake at 180°C for 8 minutes.
