Pumpkin omelette: a unique recipe for a delicious dinner!

Empty a pumpkin and pour the eggs into it! The result is so yummy!

INGREDIENTS
1 pumpkin
1 clove garlic
4g (1 tsp) salt
4g (1 tsp) pepper
4 eggs
30ml (2 tbsp) oil
Cheese
Baked ham
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the pumpkin and take the middle of it out. Save the empty pumpkin for later.
  2. In an oiled pan put the chopped garlic. Add pumpkin and cook it. Add salt and pepper.
  3. When it is cooked put it in an empty pumpkin. Add eggs. Put the cheese and baked ham. Mix it all well together.
  4. Place it in an oven and bake at 180C for 45 min. Serve.
