Ciabatta bread: crunchy and fragrant to make at home!

INGREDIENTS
410ml (1 3/4 cups) of water
15ml (1 1/4 tbsp) of olive oil
7g of dry yeast
520g (4 1/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
12g (3/4 tbsp) of salt
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the water, olive oil, and dry yeast and whisk. Add the flour and salt and mix with the wooden spoon to combine. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
2. After 20 minutes oil the hands and make the 4 folds. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
3. After 20 minutes repeat the process with folding one more time. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
4. After time has elapsed transfer the dough to the oiled dish and cover with cling film. Let it rise for 2 hours.
5. After 2 hours transfer the dough to the floured surface and cut it into 6 pieces.
6. Transfer to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 190°C/374°F for 30 minutes.
7. Serve ciabatta bread all together on a serving dish.
