Ciabatta bread: fragrant and delicious to serve with your favorite dishes!

Forget the usual bread and give this recipe a try! Super easy to make and so delicious!
 
INGREDIENTS
350g (2 ¾ cup) bread flour;
280 ml (1 cup + 2 tbsp) water;
1 tsp salt;
7g dry yeast.
METHOD
  1. Whisk yeast, water, and salt together. Add in bread flour and knead to combine. Cover with plastic.
  2. Set the dough aside for 2 hours, then transfer it into the fridge for 24 hours.
  3. Remove the dough from the fridge and let it sit for 30 minutes. Fold the dough as shown in the video, repeating this procedure four times at a 30 minutes interval.
  4. Flatten the dough slightly to form a rectangle. Cut into 6 pieces and set them aside for 1 hour on the parchment.
  5. Preheat the oven to 220C/430F with a pizza stone or the baking sheet in it.
  6. Carefully slide ciabattas with the parchment onto a baking pan and spray with water.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature and bake at 180C/350F for 5-8 minutes.
