Ciabatta bread: fragrant and delicious to serve with your favorite dishes!

Forget the usual bread and give this recipe a try! Super easy to make and so delicious!
INGREDIENTS
350g (2 ¾ cup) bread flour;
280 ml (1 cup + 2 tbsp) water;
1 tsp salt;
7g dry yeast.

METHOD
- Whisk yeast, water, and salt together. Add in bread flour and knead to combine. Cover with plastic.
- Set the dough aside for 2 hours, then transfer it into the fridge for 24 hours.
- Remove the dough from the fridge and let it sit for 30 minutes. Fold the dough as shown in the video, repeating this procedure four times at a 30 minutes interval.
- Flatten the dough slightly to form a rectangle. Cut into 6 pieces and set them aside for 1 hour on the parchment.
- Preheat the oven to 220C/430F with a pizza stone or the baking sheet in it.
- Carefully slide ciabattas with the parchment onto a baking pan and spray with water.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature and bake at 180C/350F for 5-8 minutes.
