Beer bread: it will become a weeknight favorite !

This beer bread recipe is the easiest way to make homemade bread
INGREDIENTS
Flour 400 g
Oat flakes 60 g
Beer 250 ml
Olive oil 25 ml
Sugar 10 g
Salt 5 g
Yeast 14 g
METHOD
- In a bowl pour the beer, add in sugar and yeast mix it well. Add in the flour, salt and oil, mix it with your hand. Add in oat flakes and mix again. Cover and leave for 2 hours.
- Transfer the dough to a prepared baking pan and sprinkle with the flour. Leave for 2 hours more.
- Bake at 200 ‘C (390’F) for 5 minutes and at 180 ‘ C (370’F) for 20-25 minutes.
