Cheese bread: super fluffy and fragrant!

INGREDIENTS
220ml (1 cup) of milk (lukewarm)
120ml (1/2 cup) of water (lukewarm)
15g (1 1/4 tbsp) of sugar
7g of dry yeast
60ml (1/4 cup) of vegetable oil
1 egg white
470g (4 cups) of all-purpose flour
8g (1/2 tbsp) of salt
Butter (melted)
250g of cheese
Egg wash
Sesame seeds

METHOD
1. In a bowl add the milk, water, sugar, dry yeast, vegetable oil, and egg white and whisk to combine. Sift the flour add the salt and continue with mixing. When the dough starts to form knead it with hands to obtain smooth dough. Cover with cling film and let it rise for 2 hours, or until is double in volume.
2. After time has elapsed punch out the gas from the dough and split it into 8 equal pieces. Form the balls.
3. Roll out each ball, brush with melted butter, and add the cheese on top. Cut the rolled dough roll it out close it well with your fingers. Press with a hand to obtain the shape.
4. Transfer the bread to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and cover it with a cloth. Let it rise for 30 minutes.
5. After 30 minutes brush the cheese bread with the egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
6. Bake the bread in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes. Serve them all together on a serving dish.
