Fluffy bread: for a fluffy and fragrant break!

Fluffy, easy to make, and perfect for a sweet snack!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
250ml (1 cup) warm milk
20g (2 tbsp) honey
20g (2 tbsp) condensed milk
7g (1 1/2 tsp) dry yeast
400g (3 ¼ cup) flour
40g (2 tbsp) butter
Chocolate chips
1 egg yolk
10 ml (1 tbsp) milk
METHOD
- Whisk the egg in a mixing bowl. Add milk, honey, condensed milk and mix well. Add yeast and mix. Gradually add the flour. Knead the dough.
- Leave to rest for 10 minutes, then add the butter. Knead the dough well. Leave the dough to rest for 2 hours.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, then cut strips into the dough.
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips, then roll the dough.
- Leave it to rest for 1 hour, then coat it with beaten egg and milk.
- Bake at 340°F/170°C for 30-35 minutes. Serve.
