Desert rose cake: fluffy, fragrant and delicious!

A fluffy cake that everyone will love!
INGREDIENTS

3 eggs
170g (3/4 cup) of sugar
170ml (3/4 cup) of milk
Vanilla essence
280g (2 1/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
16g (1 tbsp) of baking powder
120g (1/2 cup) of butter (melted)
Milk chocolate
Cornflakes
Powdered sugar

METHOD
- In a bowl add the eggs and sugar and mix with a mixer until the sugar dissolve. Add the milk, vanilla essence, flour, baking powder, and butter (melted), and mix until all is well combined.
- Pour 2/3 of the mixture into the cake mold (mold size - 24cm) greased with flour and arrange the milk chocolate squares. Pour the rest of the mixture to cover the chocolate.
- Arrange the cornflakes on top of the cake to cover it completely. Transfer the cake to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 35 minutes.
- Decorate with powdered sugar.
