Tangerine pot cake: fluffy and fragrant!

INGREDIENTS
10-12 tangerines
1 egg
200g (1 cup) sugar
120ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
120ml (1/2 cup) tangerine juice
340g (2 1/2 cups) flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Honey

METHOD
- Place parchment paper in the pot, sprinkle some sugar then place tangerine halves on it, spread tangerine slices on the edge.
- In a bowl mix together egg with sugar, add oil and juice. Sift in flour and baking powder. Cover tangerines with prepared dough.
- Cover the pot with a towel and lid.
- Cook on medium heat for about 35-40 minutes.
- Smear the cake with honey.
