Tangerine donut: soft and fluffy for dessert lovers!

Blend the tangerines and make a fluffy and delicious brioche!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
600g (6) tangerines;
2 eggs;
40g (2 tbsp) sugar;
10g (1 tbsp) dry yeast;
650g (5 ½ cups) flour;
45ml (3 tbsp) oil;
Hazelnut cream;
Egg wash.
METHOD
- Blend peeled tangerines with eggs and sugar until smooth. Strain the mixture and whisk it with yeast.
- Pour liquids into the flour and knead until the dough comes together. Pour in vegetable oil and knead well.
- Form the dough into a ball and place into a greased bowl. Cover and set aside for 1 hour.
- Cut the dough into 8 pieces and roll each into a ball.
- Place each ball into a buttered bundt cake pan, then set aside for 1 hour.
- Brush with egg wash and fill each bun with hazelnut cream. Bake for 40 minutes at 180C/350F.
