Tangerine upside-down cake: delicious and soft!

INGREDIENTS
Tangerines
3 eggs
8g (1 tbsp) of vanilla sugar
100g (1/2 cup) of sugar
100ml (1/2 cup) of vegetable oil
125g (1/2 cup) of vanilla yogurt
16g (1 tbsp) of baking powder
160g (1 1/4 cups) of flour
Butter for greasing the pan
Sugar
Powdered sugar
METHOD

8g (1 tbsp) of vanilla sugar
100g (1/2 cup) of sugar
100ml (1/2 cup) of vegetable oil
125g (1/2 cup) of vanilla yogurt
16g (1 tbsp) of baking powder
160g (1 1/4 cups) of flour
Butter for greasing the pan
Sugar
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- In a bowl add the eggs, vanilla sugar, sugar, and whisk. Add the vegetable oil, vanilla yogurt, sift the baking powder and flour and whisk all well together until smooth.
- Grease the pan (pan size - 28x18cm) with butter and arrange the tangerines on all sides of the pan. Sprinkle the arranged tangerines with sugar. Pour the prepared mixture and level it with a spatula.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 40 minutes and decorate with powdered sugar.
