Tangerine tiramisu: a fresh and delicious dessert to try!

INGREDIENTS
420g of tangerines
320g of ladyfingers
320ml (1 1/4 cups) of heavy cream
90g (3/4 cup) of powdered sugar
260g (1 1/4 cups) of mascarpone

320g of ladyfingers
320ml (1 1/4 cups) of heavy cream
90g (3/4 cup) of powdered sugar
260g (1 1/4 cups) of mascarpone

METHOD
1. Peel the tangerines and transfer them to the food processor. Mix and then sift them to obtain the juice.
2. Dip in tangerine juice lady fingers (only the bottom part).
3. In a bowl add the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and mascarpone and mix with an electric mixer to obtain the cream.
4. Place the mold on the plate and add one layer of the cream on the bottom. Arrange lady fingers around the circle.
5. Place one layer of the ladyfingers in the middle and one layer of the cream. Repeat the process to the top. Transfer to the fridge for 2 hours.
5. After time has elapsed decorate the cake with tangerines, tangerine (zest), mint leaf, and powdered sugar. Cut a slice and serve.
