Tangerine muffins: simple to make and very tasty!

So easy and delicious, this recipe will be a must-try!

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs
120g (1/2 cup) sugar
Orange peel
120ml (1/2 cup) vegetable oil
120g (1/2 cup) yogurt
120ml (1/2 cup) milk
340g (2 1/5 cups) flour
8g (2 tsp) baking powder
6 tangerines
Powdered sugar

METHOD

In a bowl add eggs and sugar. Mix it and add orange peel, oil, milk, and yogurt. Mix it well. Sift the flour and baking powder. Mix.
Cut the tangerines into halves. Place the on a muffin tray.
Pour mixture in each and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve.
