Quick chocolate muffins: simple and delicious to prepare in no time!

Very moist, tasty and full of chocolate goodness! Even better the next day!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
8g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar
150g (¾ cup) sugar
130ml (½ cup) vegetable oil
200ml (4/5 cup) milk
250g (2 cups) flour
30g (3 tbsp) cocoa
15g (3 tsp) baking powder
White chocolate

METHOD
  1. Add eggs, salt, vanilla, and sugar to the mixing bowl. Mix. Add oil and milk. Mix. Sift flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Mix well.
  2. Pour half of the resulting mixture into the muffin tins.
  3. Arrange the white chocolate. Add the remaining mixture.
  4. Bake at 360°F/180°C for 25 minutes. Serve.
