CHOCOLATE MUFFINS: how to make them SOFT and DELICIOUS! π€π

INGREDIENTS
300g of all-purpose flour
100g of brown sugar
50g of cocoa powder
16g of baking powder
2 eggs
350ml of milk
100g of melted butter
150g of dark chocolate

To decorate:
70g of brown sugar
70g of dark chocolate

METHOD
1. Start by mixing the powders in a large bowl: the flour with the yeast, the sugar, and the cocoa. Mix until everything is well combined. Add the eggs and the milk and mix with a hand whisk to avoid lumps.
2. Then add the melted and warmed butter and finally the chopped chocolate. Mix well.
3. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and distribute it evenly into the paper cups, already inserted into the muffin molds, filling them up to 3/4 of their capacity. Then sprinkle with the brown sugar and chopped chocolate provided for the covering. You can also distribute the mixture in the paper cups using two spoons.
4. Transfer to a preheated oven at 190Β°C and cook for 15/20 minutes.
